Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup applications, and related services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adherence to policies.
