Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unmatched guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and store cleanliness and safety standards.
