Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, updos, perms, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and retail through exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and salon cleanliness.
