Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend services.
• Deliver quality services and meet sales and productivity goals.
• Support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance, people and process.
• Participate in in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
