Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, styling, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
