The role requires a Cosmetology license, prior experience, and strong guest service skills. You’ll work with skin therapists and the retail team to create a well‑rounded guest experience in a busy salon

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing hair services and makeup, and ability to recommend products.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, color, styling, extensions, and makeup applications for guests.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales.
• Support events, promotions, and in-store marketing to deliver an unmatched guest experience.
