Job summary

Responsibilities include performing a wide range of hair services, maintaining professional standards, and collaborating with the Experience Manager and ASM to drive service excellence and a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hair design, cuts, color, styling, and related services to guests.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail products.
• Demonstrate and promote product knowledge to guests and support guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the salon and work areas.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and deliver a total-store experience.
