Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Knowledge of guest service and product recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and guest experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends, ingredients and services.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and infection control procedures.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
