Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services with a focus on guest total look. You will support leadership, drive service sales, and maintain exceptional guest service and store standards.

Responsibilities include performing hair design, cuts, color, texture, styles, makeup applications, and promotions, while staying informed on trends and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin, extensions, makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales targets.
• Demonstrate products, drive guest service experiences, and participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and services; knowledge of ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Follow safety, sanitation, infection control procedures and store operating standards.
