Responsibilities

• Provide hair services: design, cuts, color, styling, and extensions as applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store performance in retail and services.
• Demonstrate and upsell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation and procedures; ensure guest readiness.
• Keep salon and common areas clean and organized; follow dress code.
