Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, and makeup.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events and promotions to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and uphold safety standards.
• Book guests for return services and events using booking systems.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
