Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and recommend services and products. You will deliver high-quality professional services focusing on the guest’s total look and collaborate with experienced team members to achieve sales and guest-service goals.

The role requires a cosmetology license, strong guest-service skills, and ability to stay informed about trends and products. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Experience with hair services and makeup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest sales and service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
