Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency in current salon techniques and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, styling, extensions, and makeup.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service and sales.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to serve guests better.
• Maintain consistent attendance and comply with procedures.
