Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services to deliver a total-look experience. You will support the Experience Manager and contribute to service sales, guest loyalty, and store performance through expert techniques and exceptional service.

The role requires a Cosmetology license, prior salon experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency in latest salon techniques and products.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to build client relationships and provide exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Assist with in-store events and promotional activities.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to safety and state guidelines.
