Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. This role focuses on delivering high-quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look.

You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through performance, guest service, and operational standards, while staying informed about new trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service excellence.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep salon and salesfloor areas clean and organized.
