Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look.

They support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process. A Cosmetology license is required and prior salon experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture and styling.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Support events and promotions to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain salon and store cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
