Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to sales targets.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
