Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services to enhance the total look. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services and supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process.

This role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair and makeup.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, styling, and extensions where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and develop guest relationships.
