Qualifications

• Proficiency in hair design, color, texture, styling, and extensions.
• Strong ability to demonstrate, recommend, and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Developed communication skills and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, extensions, and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for a premium guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge for guests.
