Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and extensions.
• Strong client relationship building and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, extensions, and makeup (where applicable).
• Aim for sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate products and participate in in-store events and promotions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge; maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Attend trainings to enable continuous professional development.
