• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products; drive guest service experiences.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
