Ulta Beauty Master Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting on hair care needs, and delivering quality services that enhance the guest's total look. This role supports the Experience Manager and emphasizes performance, guest service, and compliance standards while staying informed about trends and products.

Required Cosmetology license and prior relevant experience; flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, texture, treatments, extensions, makeup and piercing.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate products with guests to drive sales and service quality.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation and state guidelines; ensure prompt attendance.
