Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and productivity targets with strong guest service.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and uphold store security and cleanliness standards.
