Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer relationship building and client base development.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin, extensions, makeup, and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and service productivity goals.
• Demonstrate products and support in-store events.
• Maintain guest service excellence and stay informed on trends.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to procedures.
