Responsibilities

• Perform hair services (design, cuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, piercing where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity for hair services; contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Participate in in-store events and promotions to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and ingredients to educate guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
