Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Experience in salon services and guest consultations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and guest experience initiatives.
• Stay informed on trends, products and ingredients to advise guests.
