Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to consult with guests on their hair care needs and deliver premium services. You’ll perform hair design, color, styling, and makeup applications, while driving service and retail sales to enhance the guest experience.

You will collaborate with the Experience Manager and ASM to meet performance targets, participate in trainings, and ensure a safe, pristine salon environment. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required.

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to advise guests effectively.
• Maintain excellent attendance and store cleanliness.
