General Summary & Scope

The Master Stylist engages with guests, consults on hair care needs, and recommends products and services. They deliver quality services, support performance goals, and promote guest satisfaction. A passion for beauty, excellent guest service, and product knowledge are essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Performance

• Perform various hair and makeup services, including haircuts, color, styling, treatments, extensions, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals, contributing to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and store goals.
• Demonstrate products and support in-store events and promotions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services.
• Maintain regular attendance.

People

• Develop guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
• Serve all guests efficiently, including walk-ins.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and retail teams for a comprehensive guest experience.
• Build professional relationships with peers and brand partners.
• Promote the guest loyalty program and app.
• Attend training and meetings for professional growth.

Process

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Follow service protocols for a consistent guest experience.
• Utilize booking and client management systems.
