Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Master Strategy, Plans, Exercises, and Policy Planner to lead joint strategic planning at MacDill AFB, FL. Active TS/SCI clearance is required at award time. The role directs Joint Planning Teams and integrates PA equities into CENTCOM plans.

The position requires a Master’s degree, at least five years of planning experience including HQ time at a Combatant Command, and preferred JPME I completion with corporate marketing exposure. U.S.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of award.
• U.S. citizenship; fluent English.
• Master's degree.
• Minimum five years of planning experience, including at least five years at a Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters in an information-related area (PA, IO, KLE, or CA).
• Preferred: JPME I completed; corporate marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning activities within Joint Planning Teams and Operational Planning Teams for multinational efforts.
• Provide subject matter expertise across all phases of the Joint Operational Planning Process, including mission analysis, course of action development, wargaming, comparison, and decision.
• Develop plans and orders and facilitate the handover of plans from planning to execution.
• Develop and coordinate Public Affairs Guidance, talking points, and communication strategies supporting operational plans.
• Establish relationships with CENTCOM directorates (J3, J5) and participate in the B2C2WG construct to track communication equities.
• Provide crisis and contingency response support, including 24/7 surge support.
