Requires Active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of planning experience, incl.

• Lead planning for Joint and Operational Planning Teams, focusing on mission analysis and wargaming.
• Provide situational awareness for transition from planning to execution.
• Support exercises and planning with CENTCOM components and interagency partners.
• Develop and coordinate Public Affairs Guidance, talking points, and communication strategies.
• Establish relationships with CENTCOM directorates and participate in the B2C2WG construct.
• Provide crisis and contingency response support, including 24/7 surge support.

Position Title: Senior Strategy, Plans, Exercises, and Policy Planner

Location: MacDill AFB, FL.

Clearance required: Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of award (interim TS or TS/SCI is not acceptable).

Scope of Work: Leads planning processes for Joint and Operational Planning Teams supporting CCPA, developing public affairs strategies and products and coordinating with CENTCOM components, interagency, and coalition partners across assigned portfolios.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Lead planning for Joint Planning Teams and Operational Planning Teams, focusing on mission analysis, course of action development, wargaming, comparison, and decision.
• Provide situational awareness to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution.
• Support exercises and operational planning with CENTCOM components, other combatant commands, and interagency partners.
• Develop and coordinate Public Affairs Guidance, talking points, and communication strategies supporting operational plans.
• Establish relationships with CENTCOM directorates and participate in the B2C2WG construct.
• Provide crisis and contingency response support, including 24/7 surge support.

• At least five (5) years of planning experience, including a minimum of three (3) years of planning experience at a Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters
• At least five (5) years of experience in an information-related area (PA, IO, KLE, or CA)

• completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) I, corporate marketing or communications experience
