Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a Master Service Technician to lead diagnostics, perform advanced repairs, and mentor junior technicians while upholding quality and safety standards in our high-performing service department.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive dealership settings.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred (or equivalent manufacturer certifications).
• Strong diagnostics and complex repair skills.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems (engines, transmissions, drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC).
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer tools.
• Complete repairs accurately per repair orders and standards.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify quality and safety.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Mentor junior technicians and support team.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on manufacturer bulletins and tech updates.
