Job summary

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is expanding its high-volume Service Department and seeking Service technicians at all levels who take pride in quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems as assigned.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools as needed.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
