Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company seeks a Master Service Plumber to lead technicians and apprentices, diagnose complex plumbing issues, and repair commercial systems. You will help grow our service base and estimate work for service projects while supporting sales growth.

Candidate must hold a Master’s Plumbing License (or commit to obtaining it soon) with strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to travel within the territory. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s level experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
• Master’s Plumbing License or ability and willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Independent work capability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to technicians and apprentices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (leaks, stoppages).
• Repair various plumbing components including water closets and HVAC piping systems.
• Help develop our existing customer base and support sales efforts.
• Qualify and estimate work for plumbing service projects.
• Perform maintenance and repair operations on commercial plumbing systems.
