Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in production scheduling or operations planning.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, defense preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedule across facilities.
• Analyze capacity, material, and labor for constraints and adjust schedules.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement and Quality teams.
• Monitor work orders, forecast needs, and track KPIs.
