Job summary

Berkshire Grey seeks a Master Scheduler to own the integrated master schedule across engineering, manufacturing, and deployment. You will drive accuracy, manage dependencies, and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain plan integrity and on-time delivery.

You will apply CPM techniques, conduct risk analysis, and push for schedule discipline while providing executive visibility into program health and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex technical schedules in robotics, manufacturing or related fields.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling tools.
• Strong CPM, dependency management, and risk analysis skills.
• Experience integrating hardware, software, manufacturing, and deployment schedules.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across engineering, manufacturing, and deployment.
• Develop schedules for multiple workstreams and analyze critical paths and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate sequencing and dependencies.
• Run regular schedule reviews and escalate risks early.
• Track progress and report on critical path, milestones, and recover plans.
• Drive schedule governance and discipline across the organization.
• Identify missing predecessor/successor relationships and resource conflicts.
