Aston Carter is seeking a Master Scheduler for a contract-to-hire role based in Neenah, WI. The role focuses on end-to-end production planning, master scheduling, and capacity balancing to meet delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will use ERP/MRP tools and data analytics to optimize schedules, coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Operations/ Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and scheduling tools required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain master production schedules.
• Monitor capacity needs to align resources with demand.
• Coordinate production priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze workload distribution and identify capacity constraints.
• Execute and review MRP processes to ensure timely material procurement.
• Support inventory planning and minimize shortages or excess stock.
