Aston Carter is hiring a Planner to support scheduling, forecasting, and coordination of materials or production activities in Milwaukee. Qualifications

• 1+ year of planning, supply chain, production scheduling, or related field.
• Proficient with ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Strong analytics and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production, supply, or demand plans to meet business needs.
• Utilize SAP and ERP data to manage planning schedules and inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing/operations for material availability.
• Analyze forecasts and adjust plans to changing requirements.
• Track orders and address potential delays to prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations to align demand and supply priorities.
• Maintain accurate planning records and reports in ERP systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support scheduling activities to balance capacity and demand.
