Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Master Scheduler in Torrance, CA to manage master production schedules, balance demand with capacity, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting inventory goals.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain planning with hands-on scheduling experience in electronics manufacturing, plus SAP and Excel proficiency, and at least 1 year of team leadership. ITAR considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom, and shipping/receiving.
• 3+ years owning master production schedules within a manufacturing environment.
• 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person as ITAR-registered facility.

Responsabilités

• Level-load daily production schedules and balance demand with capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review open orders for lead time accuracy and prioritize production accordingly.
• Identify and report issues impacting delivery commitments or product quality.
• Lead shortage and production meetings with cross-functional teams and coordinate material expedit es.
• Balance current and future demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
• Work with Purchasing to maintain uninterrupted materials flow.
• Assist with new product introductions by coordinating pilot jobs across teams.
