Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Torrance, California, is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage master production schedules, balance demand with capacity, and help deliver orders on time while supporting inventory and operations goals. The role works with a high-performing Operations team to optimize throughput, coordinate with Purchasing, and lead cross-functional meetings to resolve supply constraints.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in supply chain planning are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving.
• Minimum 3 years owning master production schedules in manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Level-load daily production schedules and analyze capacity to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.
• Review open orders for lead time accuracy and prioritize production schedules.
• Identify and report issues affecting delivery commitments or quality.
• Lead shortage and production meetings with cross-functional teams and coordinate material expediting.
• Balance demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Assist with new product introductions by coordinating pilot jobs and aligning Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
