Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel.
5+ years in supply chain planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving.
3+ years owning master production schedules in manufacturing.
1+ year of team leadership or people management experience.
Experience in electronics manufacturing.
U.S. Person as ITAR-registered facility.
U.S. Persons or eligible for authorization for ITAR/EAR access.

Responsibilities

Level-load daily production schedules by analyzing capacity to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.
Review open orders for lead time accuracy and prioritize production accordingly.
Identify and report issues that could affect delivery or product quality.
Lead shortage and production meetings with cross-functional teams; coordinate material expediting as needed.
Balance current and future demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure uninterrupted materials flow for production.
Assist with new product introductions by coordinating pilot jobs and cross-functional alignment.
