Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong production planning and scheduling skills; experience creating/adjusting master production schedules.
• Data analysis and forecasting skills; experience with ERP/MRP, spreadsheets, and reports to align capacity, inventory, and demand.
• Cross-functional coordination and communication with operations, procurement, quality, and logistics to resolve scheduling issues.
• Time management, organization, and problem-solving; ability to prioritize tasks amid changing production requirements.
• Experience in food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing; familiarity with GMP and regulatory standards; knowledge of lean/continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, industrial engineering, or related field; equivalent scheduling experience.
• On-site work in Weslaco, TX; proficient with Excel and ERP scheduling tools.
