Job summary

• Experience in food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing; familiarity with GMP and regulatory standards; knowledge of lean/continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, industrial engineering, or related field; equivalent scheduling experience.
• On-site work in Weslaco, TX; proficient with Excel and ERP scheduling tools.

Role Description

The Master Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Weslaco, TX. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the production schedule to ensure on-time manufacturing of nutraceutical and functional snack gummies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating production runs, balancing capacity and demand, monitoring material availability, and aligning schedules with customer orders and forecast data. The Master Scheduler will collaborate closely with operations, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to minimize downtime, optimize throughput, and address scheduling conflicts. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, updating scheduling tools, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability in the production planning process.
