Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in production planning or scheduling, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP experience with SAP or Oracle, plus advanced scheduling tools and dashboards.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate the master production schedule across product lines and factories.
• Analyze capacity constraints and mitigate risks to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with sales operations, procurement and engineering to resolve conflicts and support new products.
• Monitor schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Pursue continuous improvement in scheduling efficiency through analytics and ERP/MRP usage.
