Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule for the Commercial and Industrial Divisions. The role ensures on-time delivery by respecting capacities and balancing workflows.

The Scheduler acts as the central coordinator between Sales, Engineering, and Production teams, analyzing capacity, applying scheduling rules, and communicating updates to optimize resources across all production departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, operations planning, or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze production data, capacity, and resource utilization.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and production floor environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule for both Commercial and Industrial Divisions.
• Enter orders into the scheduling system and assign jobs based on departmental capacity.
• Apply division-specific scheduling rules for Custom, Stock, Service, and Systems orders as defined in each division's Scheduling Policy.
