Job summary

Chart is seeking a Master Scheduler to create and manage all production and shipment schedules across the plant. You will be the primary liaison with Engineering, Sales, Production, Project Management and Shipping, ensuring schedules align with plans.

You will leverage JDE to develop production schedules, set priorities for job orders, and resolve capacity issues to maximize labor efficiency and on-time delivery. Strong Excel and ERP proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of time management, scheduling and prioritizing.
• Teamwork and team building skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all employees, customers, vendors and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production and shipment schedules based on business, shipment, inventory, and production plans.
• Develop plant production schedules using JDE.
• Establish and evaluate scheduling priorities for job orders and manage PRP messages & work orders.
• Resolve supply, demand, and capacity issues to optimize labor utilization.
• Drive on-time delivery through efficient scheduling.
• Coordinate capacity planning and align raw materials, equipment, and workers with production plans.
• Integrate Sales Orders and Workorders with master schedules in JDE.
