Job summary

US Engine Valve is seeking a Master Scheduler to coordinate production scheduling and materials planning. The role aims to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and achieving inventory targets in a dynamic production environment.

The Master Scheduler will manage forecasts, BOMs, and inventory control, collaborating with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with business goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling and materials planning to meet demand.
• Develop and manage daily production and changeover schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Utilize ERP systems to optimize material flow from raw to finished goods.
• Support SIOP processes including capacity planning and tracking.
