Job summary

Advantice Health seeks a Master Scheduler to translate demand, inventory, and service needs into a time-phased master production schedule for brands such as Kerasal, Emtrix, New Skin, Dermoplast, and Domeboro. You will balance inventory, cost, service, and agility across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Quality, Scale North (NetSuite partner), CDMOs, and logistics providers to ensure products are manufactured, released, and available on time for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in master scheduling or production planning.
• Working knowledge of MRP logic and BOMs.
• CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience with external manufacturers and 3PLs.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication.
• Experience with AI tools and digital planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved demand into time-phased, SKU-level requirements.
• Own and maintain the master production schedule in Excel.
• Provide approved PO requirements and coordinate NetSuite entries.
• Sequence production with sites considering capacity and changeovers.
• Balance demand and capacity; resolve constraints early.
• Coordinate with procurement for material readiness.
• Replan quickly when changes occur or delays happen.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Collaborate to set priorities when capacity is constrained.
• Maintain rolling schedule with CMOs and week windows.
• Monitor inventory, safety stock, shelf life, and obsolescence.
• Track schedule adherence; investigate misses and drive corrective actions.
• Lead recurring schedule reviews with stakeholders and CMOs.
• Plan timing for new products, artwork changes, and transfers.
