Pride in North Carolina, LLC seeks a Master’s level High Fidelity Wraparound Coach to mentor and develop a wraparound team across Bladen and Columbus Counties. The role emphasizes hands-on teaching, shadowing, rehearsals, and ongoing consultation to sustain model fidelity.

You will coordinate trainings, monitor fidelity, and partner with agencies to deliver person-centered supports for adults and youth with special needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• At least two years of experience in wraparound or related mental health services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train others.

Responsabilités

• Manage the High-Fidelity Wraparound Team and coach the wraparound process.
• Develop relationships with agency and community partners to support sustainability.
• Model and monitor fidelity of the wraparound approach and provide ongoing consultation.
