Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a full-time High Fidelity Wraparound Coach/Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure fidelity to state standards while helping youth and families stay home, in school and out of trouble.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, licensure, and proven experience leading teams within child-serving systems. The position offers a competitive salary, full benefits, and PSLF qualifying employer.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field required.
• Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW) preferred.
• Experience leading a team and working with child-serving systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the High-Fidelity Wraparound team and ensure fidelity to state standards.
• Oversee staff support, credentialing, database management, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with the NC HFW Training Program and Wraparound Program Manager to maintain fidelity and outcomes.
