Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Master's Level Outpatient Clinician to provide direct clinical services in an outpatient setting. You will handle assessments, counseling, and discharge planning, while coordinating with aftercare services and families as needed.

The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders. A hybrid work schedule and ongoing trainings are available to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the listed disciplines (clinical psychology, education counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, or social work).
• Minimum of one year of supervised substance use and/or mental health disorder counseling experience preferred
• 1+ years working with co-occurring disorders

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and maintain assigned caseload.
• Provide direct care including assessments, individual counseling, discharge and aftercare planning, treatment plans, and group facilitation.
• Connect patients with aftercare services and assist families as needed.
• Document medical records in a timely, professional manner and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and MDT/case conferences as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain licensure in good standing and pursue clinical growth through certification.
